With a history spanning three generations, our Bakery is steeped in tradition. It began in 1918 when Aussie Stevenson became a baker. Back then of course, our fresh bread, cakes and pies were delivered to the residents of Dubbo and the surrounding district by horse drawn cart. You can see some of the original family bakery photos adorning our walls to remind us of yesteryear.
Over the years, our secret multi award winning baking recipes have been passed down through three family generations.

The Bakery, offers seating for 100 people and the atmosphere is quite unique with 3 different dining areas. You may choose to be seated either by the warm fireplaces on those cold winter days or hear the trickling sounds of the fountains from the courtyard to the soft relaxing music played from the mezzanine level which overlooks the busy environment of the bakery café.
The bakery has full restroom and child changing facilities as well as easy access to large car parking facilities to cater for large buses and tourists.
